Exchange Eligibility
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging must be intact.
Product tags must remain attached and undamaged.
Torn, broken, or removed tags will make the product ineligible for exchange.
Damaged Product Claims If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
An unboxing video (recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible).
A minimum of two clear photographs of the damaged product.

Failure to provide the required proof may result in rejection of the claim.

If the exchange is due to a wrong or damaged product sent by us, we will bear all shipping charges.
